Manor House Heating Upgrade
An elegant country hall with an existing 20 year old Reka Corn Fed Boiler, has now been upgraded by Leighton’s with a new high efficiency Grant 75kw Biomass boiler, and the customer now taking full advantage of the renewable heat incentive (RHI)
The heating upgrade involved removing the existing corn fed boiler and stripping out the redundant iron piping and galvanised hot water cylinder. The existing heating system was upgraded to a 6x pumped zone heating circuit using PAW pump sets, the heating system now has a fully controlled six zone system with integrated Honeywell controls, allowing the customer to heat only the required areas of this large property.
